Long-term benefits of Hypnotherapy for mind, body, and soul.

My life experience and professional experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner have provided me with a lot of physical evidence that our mind is like how our strengths and ways of thinking contribute to the benefits and disadvantages of our health and well-being.

My clients come to me for reasons they don’t understand themselves and want to be fixed.

Trapped in the memory of the past, causing stagnation in their present.

I believe “What the mind prevents the body from expressing”

Despite trying to cope with their lives to some extent, I find that many clients can’t get very far before some life trauma pushes them into a state of depression, with self-esteem problems, and then a series of symptoms begin. Appear as insomnia, IBS, headache, fatigue, aches (unknown cause), stress, and mental breakdown, leaving the client feeling confused, disoriented, and stuck.

Old behavioral patterns repeat, causing old problems in their lives, and when they get to the bottom of the problem, inspirational words don’t help their morale.

First, they choose to go to a doctor for medical advice and are regularly given medication to ease their symptoms, helping them through a difficult period. This usually works for a short time, some clients feel better, and their lives are back on track, but most are underwhelming and require only the slightest event. In life happens, and the cycle begins again. Round after Round, they continue this cycle of destruction, drugs get stronger and stronger, and instead of people getting stronger, they become more vulnerable and less dependent on drugs. The lake is that they operate around the clock.

This is called being, not my idea of ​​life.

The drug’s effect, in many cases, produces more symptoms, so even more medication is needed.

Using hypnotherapy and NLP techniques, we can harness the energy our thoughts are generating and use them more effectively, which benefits our life balance and allows us to access many of the resources we already have on an unconscious level, to be more productive and live a happy life.

Unlike many other therapies, this therapy does not need to know the profound details of what is going on in your life but rather an expression of the problem (ongoing problem) you are dealing with—face to face.

We don’t focus on what you don’t want, unresolved problems, past deadlocks, or unrequited love. The goal is always to get what you want, using the strength of the mind to create a more positive present.

Now is all we have. Tomorrow promises no one.
